Returns

We accept returns in case we have shipped wrong or incomplete products from our end. Such issue should be notified within 3 days of product delivery.

In case any customer is eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that is received at their end, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer also need to save receipt or proof of purchase.

To raise a case, the customer can contact us from Contact Us page.

Upon return request acceptance, we will arrange for reverse pick up. If the pincode is unservicable by our courier partners, customer need to arrange for the return shipment to be sent to us at at our location and the same will be reimbursed from our end.

Refunds

In case it is a prepaid order and we are unable to fulfill your order due to pin code unserviceability or product being out of stock, we will initiate refund.  Kindly reach our to us if your order is not dispatched within 4 business days. We will provide refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will send transaction details once the refund is complete from our end.

We offer free shipping on all orders placed in India.

We use partners like Bluedart, Ecom Express, Amazon Shipping, Delhivery and others for our shipping services.

Once orders are processed they get delivered in 1-7 business days.

Once you place your order, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email notifications by Shiprocket.
