Cancellations
To initiate any order cancellations please contact us from Contact Us page.
We will be able to cancel the order from our end before dispatch. Since orders are dispatched within 24 hours, we will be able to assist cancellation within 18 hours once the order is placed.
Cancellations post dispatch is not possible as courier partners cannot cancel the shipment once it is scanned and leaves our warehouse facility.
Returns
We do not accept returns for used products.
We accept returns in case we have shipped wrong or incomplete products from our end. Such issue should be notified within 3 days of product delivery.
In case any customer is eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that is received at their end, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer also need to save receipt or proof of purchase.

If any return request is accepted, customer need to arrange for the return shipment to be sent to us at at our location and the same will be reimbursed from our end.
Refunds
In case it is a prepaid order and we are unable to fulfill your order due to pin code unserviceability or product being out of stock, we will initiate refund. Kindly reach our to us if your order is not dispatched within 4 business days. We will provide refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will send transaction details once the refund is complete from our end.
Damages and Wrong Product Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you on case to case basis. Damage or related issues like missing spares will be considered within 3 days of product delivery.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 3 days of order delivery for cases related to damaged, wrong, incomplete or defective product received at customer's end.
Subject to exchange request approval from our end, customer will need to arrange for the shipment to be sent back to us and we will reimburse the actual charges. Upon receipt and inspection of the product from our end and subject to availability of the new required product, we will ship the same. or provide refund otherwise.
